The Federal Home Loan Bank of Indianapolis has awarded Moira Carlstedt with the 2019 Community Spirit Award. She serves as president and CEO of Indianapolis Neighborhood Housing Partnership. She also serves as a board member for a variety of organizations including Citizens Energy Group, the Indianapolis Chamber of Commerce, the Greater Indianapolis Progress Committee, and the Indiana Latino Institute.
