Church Church Hittle + Antrim in Noblesville has hired Matt Skelton as a partner in the firm’s business practice section. He previously served for nearly a decade as director of economic and community development for the City of Westfield. Skelton received his law degree from Indiana University and also graduated from the economic development institute at the University of Oklahoma.
