Fishers-based RQAW Corporation has hired Julie Evans as an environmental specialist. She previously served as an ecology and waterway permitting specialist with the Indiana Department of Transportation. In that role, Evans coordinated and acquired waterway permits in multiple districts and reviewed water-determination reports and waterway permits for accuracy and completeness. She earned her master of environmental science from Taylor University and her bachelor of arts degree in biology from Franklin College.
