Muncie Community Schools has hired Lee Ann Kwiatkowski to be director of public education and chief executive officer. Kwiatkowski has over 35 years experience in Indiana pubic education, including 18 years as a teacher and also as senior education advisor to Governor Eric Holcomb. She holds degrees from Oakland City University and Indiana University.
