Merrillville-based Centier Bank has appointed Cristal Brisco to its board of directors. She currently serves as magistrate judge for the St. Joseph Circuit Court.  Brisco previously served as general counsel for Saint Mary’s College – Notre Dame and chief legal counsel for South Bend Mayor Pete Buttigieg.
