FirstPerson has added Mark Lambert (pictured) as managing director and Emily Gavin (pictured) as account executive. Lambert most recently served as senior director of national accounts at Springbuk. Gavin most recently served at Newfields where she was a benefits coordinator. The company has also added Dylan Ford and Conner Norman as financial analysts. Ford is a graduate of the IUPUI Kelley School of Business, while Norman recently graduated from Indiana University Kokomo.
