South Bend-based Gibson has named Stephanie Rufus (pictured) benefits administration assistant. She previously worked at Beacon Health. The company also hired Sheri Butler (pictured) as HR manager for the HR service team of select business solutions. She has had progressive HR experience including recruiting, employee relations and administration at other companies.  Gibson has also hired the following:
