Funding Awarded to Fight Opioid Use Disorder

Valley Oaks Health says the funding will be used to implement an integrated approach to treating opioid use disorders in Tippecanoe, White and Jasper counties.
The multi-faceted plan includes developing trauma informed-recovery-oriented systems of care, a mobile response team, peer recovery support, wrap around services and Emergency Department Prescribers.
Valley Oaks Health will work with Phoenix Paramedic Solutions and Home with Hope to provide the peer recovery outreach team and peer recovery coaches, respectively. Click here to learn more.
