The Northeast Indiana Regional Partnership has promoted Chad Ruston to senior vice president of economic development and chief operating officer and Vanessa Hurtig to vice president of administration. Ruston joined the Regional Partnership in 2017 with over 20 years of leadership experience in the medical device industry. Hurtig has been with the organization since 2007.
