Fishers-based RQAW Corporation has hired Jeff Weber as a senior designer and Joe Bachman as a construction inspector. Weber has served in various roles in other firms, including with Euronique where he worked as an engineering department manager and a CAD technician. He will work out of the firm’s La Porte construction inspection department. Bachman has served as a highway technician, information-technology manager and project supervisor at the Indiana Department of Transportation for the last eight years. He will work out of the firm’s La Porte construction inspection department.
