The Bloomington Economic Development Corporation has named Jennifer Pearl president. She most recently served as the director of international programs for the Indy Partnership, the business unit of the Indy Chamber that conducts economic development for the Indianapolis Region. Prior to that, she worked at a public affairs firm Beijing. Pearl holds a Master of Public Affairs from Indiana University, with a joint Master of Arts in East Asian Studies.
