Taft Stettinius & Hollister has hired Patricia Beaty as partner and Jessica Kuester as counsel. Both recently recently served at Ogletree, Deakins, Nash, Smoak and Stewart. Beaty has extensive experience in all aspect of employee benefits and tax law.  She earned her Juris Doctor degree from Indiana University McKinney School of Law and a bachelor’s degree from Ball State University. Kuester has experience in advising clients on compliance issues related to the Affordable Care Act. Kuester earned her Juris Doctor degree from Syracuse University.
