SmithAmundsen Law Firm has promoted Suzannah Overholt to partner in the firm’s Indianapolis office. She advises clients in licensing and regulatory matters, commercial and corporate transactions, contract negotiations and nonprofit corporate governance.  Overholt has spent 20 years practicing law. She graduated magna cum laude from Princeton University with her A.B. and received her J.D. from Indiana University Maurer School of Law.
