Methodist Hospitals has appointed Maria Chicchelly to the position of Assistant Vice President, Patient Care at the Northlake Campus in Gary. Chicchelly has over 20 years of clinical and managerial experience in Acute Medical/Surgical Care, Women’s Health and Inpatient/Outpatient Behavioral Health. She has served in roles as Director of Nursing and Director of Patient Care Services at Presence Health – St. Joseph Hospital in Chicago. Chicchelly holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Mount Mercy University, Bachelor of Science degree from Resurrection University, and a Master of Business Administration degree from Loyola University.
