Albanese is seeking a traditional 10-year personal property tax abatement for its equipment expansion. The city council has given initial approval to the request and final authorization could be granted at a public hearing at the beginning of April.
According to the publication, Wynright Corp is creating a new 320,400-square-foot industrial building in the NorthWind Crossings business park. The company says it will hire manufacturing, engineering and administrative workers when it opens near the end of 2019.
