Purdue University Appoints College of Science Leaders

Subscribe NowSenior scientists from Johns Hopkins and MIT will lead two key departments in Purdue’s College of Science beginning March 1. Bloomberg School of Public Health biologist and professor Janice Evans will become department head for Biological Sciences. Atmospheric chemist and professor at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Daniel Cziczo, will become department head for Earth, Atmospheric, and Planetary Sciences. Evans received her Bachelor of Science degree from Davidson College and her doctoral degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Cziczo received his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Illinois and his Master of Science and doctoral degrees from the University of Chicago.
