Shareholder Tim Hurlbut (pictured) is a transaction lawyer and focuses on commercial finance, commercial real estate and business transactions. He assists financial institutions to structure, investigate, document and close commercial loans, as well as acts as outside “general counsel”. Hurlbut frequently advises banks as to the best means to restructure loans in order to maximize recovery and reduce risk. He also has an extensive background in representing both business and commercial real estate clients.

Shareholder Brock Jordan (pictured) joins the firm as a commercial litigator, representing financial institutions and other business enterprises in both state and federal courts across the country. He has extensive appellate experience, with approximately 30 published appellate opinions to his credit. In addition to actively litigating cases, Jordan works with various financial institutions, businesses and trade organizations regarding credit and collection issues. In the latter capacity, he recently was elected outside counsel to the National Cement Credit Association.
