Michigan Company Acquires Gasper Engineering

Headquartered in North Vernon, the acquisition of Gasper will give the company wider access to a key market and a focus on “growing manufacturing employment in the state of Indiana,” according to Eckhart President and Chief Executive Officer Andy Storm.
Gasper Engineering is a one hour drive from three major US cities, giving it direct access to the largest shipping, logistics, grocery, appliance, and consumer packaged goods companies in the world.
Stephen Gasper, founder of Gasper Engineering, said in a news release, “Since our founding, Gasper Engineering has exemplified a servant mindset with customers.
