Rothberg Logan & Warsco LLP has promoted Alexander Platte to partner and as a member of its estate planning and administration and business transactions practice groups. He has been with the firm for more than seven years and assists individuals with estate planning, federal and state tax issues, and estate and trust administration.

Platte also represents business owners throughout a company’s life cycle including organization, succession planning, acquisitions, real estate and other transactions. Additionally, he represents lenders and developers in commercial real estate transactions, including tax credit financing.

Platte is a magna cum laude graduate from the Indiana University Maurer School of Law, where he was a member of the Indiana Law Journal. He also received his B.S. in Computer Science with distinction from Indiana University and was inducted into the Phi Beta Kappa honor society. Platte will continue to focus his practice in the areas of estate planning and administration, as well as business transactional work.
