Jenni Browning has been named chief executive officer of American Dairy Association Indiana Inc. A 10-year ADAI veteran, she previously served as senior director of communications and wellness and director of communications. From those positions, she directed program partnerships between the dairy association and Indianapolis Motor Speedway, Indiana State Fair, the 500 Festival and Indianapolis Zoo, among others. She also led all ADAI communications including social media, traditional media, website, crisis and issues.
She succeeds Deb Evans Osza, who retired at the end of 2018, after more than 40 years with the dairy association.
Browning, a native of Anderson, is a Ball State University graduate who received BSU’s Outstanding Alumnus Award in 2018, and the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics of Indiana’s Media Award in 2016. She is a past president of the East Central Indiana Dietetic Association and the Indiana Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, and has served on numerous boards of directors including Action for Healthy Kids and Kids TRI for Kids.

The International School of Indiana has publicly launched a capital campaign to establish a unified campus in Indianapolis. Marian University plans to build a new campus residence hall following a seven-figure lead gift from Phil and Brigitt Caito. The gift will help facilitate Caito-Wagner Hall, with construction set for May 2020. In a move that marks a remarkable return to power, Tony George is now chairman of the family business that owns and operates the Indianapolis Motor Speedway. At a board meeting, George was named chairman of Terre Haute-based Hulman and Co., succeeding his mother, Mari Hulman George, who was named chairman emeritus. George, who brought NASCAR to IMS in 1994, gave the command to start engines for the 23rd edition of the Brickyard 400 Sunday and was introduced as chairman.
