Flaherty & Collins Properties Vice President of Development Brian Prince has been appointed to the Urban Land Institute Public/Private Partnership Council. The ULI Public/Private Partnership Council examines industry practices, financing strategies, negotiations, challenging projects, motivations, building and maintaining trust and incorporating additional partners into public/private partnerships. His term runs five years. Prince holds a J.D. from Indiana University.
