Hulman & Co. Makes Changes at INDYCAR and IMS

Subscribe NowIndianapolis-based Hulman & Co. has announced organizational changes within its subsidiaries INDYCAR and Indianapolis Motor Speedway. The company has promoted Jay Frye to president of INDYCAR, beginning at the start of the new year.
Frye most recently led the competition and operations departments for INDYCAR and will add marketing and communications to his responsibilities. Hulman & Co. President and Chief Executive Officer Mark Miles will continue his role as CEO of INDYCAR.
The company has also announced Mark Sibla, who currently serves as chief of staff for competition and operations at INDYCAR, will expand his role to become chief of staff for all INDYCAR departments. The reorganization is the result of the resignation of C.J. O’Donnell, who has served as chief marketing officer at INDYCAR and IMS since 2013.
Hulman & Co. has also made the following organizational changes at IMS:
- Jarrod Krisiloff will have his responsibilities expanded at IMS, becoming Vice President, Facilities and Events. He has been Executive Director, Events, for the past two years.
- Dan Skiver will become Director, Operations, and responsible for the many functions related to IMS events. Pat Garlock will be promoted to Assistant Manager, Facilities and Events.
- Alex Damron will be promoted to Senior Director, Communications, for IMS and Hulman & Company, and corporate communications will be added to his responsibilities.
