The Economic Development Coalition of Southwest Indiana has added Andrea Deutsch as program manager of the community development team. She is a certified grant administrator. Deutsch previously served as southeast community liaison for the Indiana Office of Community and Rural Affairs, as well as the city of Evansville’s Office of Metropolitan Development, where she helped aid communities through state and federal grants.

Deutsch is a graduate from Hanover College and received her Masters of Public Administration from the University of Southern Indiana.
