Lev (formerly Levementum), a Salesforce partner and marketing consultancy with offices in Arizona, Indiana and Texas, has added Justin Fite as chief sales officer. He previously served as chief sales officer for Lessonly and vice president of global cross channel sales at Salesforce. He has been an integral leader in high-growth, industry-defining technology companies for better than two decades. As a leader at ExactTarget for five years prior to its acquisition by Salesforce, Fite helped define and grow the Enterprise customer-facing organization.

Fite began his career with Boeing, as a software engineer focused on guidance systems. He joined the sales team of a small startup, Rational Software, that grew to $1 billion in sales revenue and was purchased by IBM in 2003. He spent five years with a cloud middleware startup before joining ExactTarget in 2009.
