Visit Fort Wayne has named Carolyn Shelton visitor services specialist. She will assist with visitor inquiries, communicate with our local partners, and manage merchandise available in the Fort Wayne Visitors Center.

Rachel Stephens has been hired as group services and niche marketing manager. She will work with the group sales team to develop and implement marketing campaigns to position Fort Wayne as a destination for meetings, conventions, trade shows, and sports tournaments. Stephens will also cultivate interest in Fort Wayne’s niche markets including genealogy, adaptive sports, and more. In addition, she will assist groups with information, materials, and promotion.
