Trevor Mills has joined Clark Dietz as a transportation team leader in its Indianapolis office. He has more than 18 years of experience in project management, strategic planning, asset management, and process improvement.

For more than a decade he has worked for the Indiana Department of Transportation, first as a project manager, then as deputy commissioner of engineering and asset management. Mills is a licensed professional engineer in Indiana and has a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Toledo.
