Indiana State University Executive Director of Government Relations Gregory Goode is leaving to lead a nonprofit organization in Vancouver, Washington. He has accepted the position of president and chief executive officer of the Historic Trust.

Goode has served in his current role since 2012. He served in a similar position at ISU from 2002 to 2007.

Under Goode’s leadership, he secured funding for a variety of projects that helped advance the university’s mission while also improving the Wabash Valley. He has helped procure more than $132 million in construction funding including a $64 million project, the largest in the institution’s history, for the new College of Health and Human Services addition and renovation. 

Goode’s last day will be Dec. 7.
