Carmel-based Layered Solutions, a provider of integrated daily and emergency communications, has named Rick Wagner vice president of sales. In that role, he will help organizations reach select audiences faster and more affordably — employees, customers, patients, students and more — to expedite routine operations or resolve emergencies faster through mass notification.

He previously served as an account executive for ESCO Communications.
 
Wagner is a Certified Technology Specialist. He earned a double BSBA in Marketing and Entrepreneurial Studies at Xavier University.
