Indy Tech Company Touts Growth
Indianapolis-based DriverReach says it has seen "momentous growth" in the first half of the year and is on pace to double its revenue. The company, which has created a mobile-enabled recruiting management system for CDL drivers, says revenue has grown by more than 40 percent each month and plans to hire a small number of employees by the end of 2018.
The new jobs will include sales representatives in the Indianapolis area. DriverReach says, over the next quarter, it will also unveil a redesigned platform interface it says will be more user-friendly and enable recruiters to have greater visibility into their pipeline of candidates.
As part of its growth, DriverReach has promoted Steve Iskander, who previously served as vice president of sales, to Chief Growth Officer. In his new role, Iskander will lead the marketing, sales, operations, and finance for the company, with a focus on driving company expansion, creating a implementing a long-term vision, and directing growth-generating strategies.
"Steve has not only proven himself as an expert in the trucking industry, but an invaluable asset to our team at DriverReach," said Jeremy Reymer, chief executive officer of DriverReach. "With Steve on board, our customer base is growing rapidly. He will be a big asset in taking DriverReach to the next stage of growth."
Reymer founded DriverReach in 2016 in an effort to help carriers tackle the CDL driver shortage by streamlining the driver application process.
