MSD of Decatur Township has hired Brian Bulmer as director of the Innovation Hub and work-based learning. In the role, he will oversee all career and work-based learning opportunities for the school district, as well as cultivate partnerships in the community to create collaborative opportunities for students.

Bulmer has more than 15 years of experience in education. He previously served as an athletic trainer, lead teacher and Project Lead The Way instructor at Decatur Central High School between 2002-2017 before earning the role of assistant principal of Paul Hadley Middle School for the 2017-18 school year. He now returns to Decatur Township to serve the students and families of the community.
