SteadyServ has added to its executive team: Andy Troxel, director of client success; Ryan Valle, director of sales operations and enablement and Kelly Henderson (pictured), marketing director. Also, Jason Austin (pictured) has been promoted to vice president of product engineering and strategy.

Troxel specializes in implementing SaaS solutions for key accounts, strategic partners and emerging markets. He brings experience from HC1 and ChaCha where he was a client success manager and enterprise manager, respectively.

Valle focuses on business development and customer acquisition.He brings a strong mix of experience with Fortune 500 companies to five employee companies. Prior to SteadyServ, he was a Salesforce.com expert at RCI and TEKsystems.

Henderson is a marketing and communication strategist focused on driving market-demand, brand awareness and high-growth. She previously served as vice president of marketing at Koorsen Fire and Safety.

Austin is passionate about software, API design and beer. As VP of product engineering and strategy, he sets the direction for product development. Austin manages the development lifecycle and sets the roadmap for feature availability.
