She has more than 27 years of experience in all manners of customer service, having served in various roles throughout her career that were focused on building client relationships and addressing their unique needs. Gilhooly most recently served as a customer service representative at Alverno Clinical Laboratories.
Also, Tara Goble has been named benefits team assistant. In her new role, she will be helping many employer clients with onboarding individuals, managing their benefit packages, and completing their renewals. Goble has quite a diverse employment background that includes more than 20 years of experience in client services and nearly a decade spent in early education. Her most recent position was six years spent with First Financial Bank where she worked as a client service advisor. Goble is licensed to administer loans and has a strong skillset in advising individuals on their best options for their employment benefits and financial futures.
