He joins the firm with a diverse legal background, focusing his practice on business litigation. His representation of small businesses across vast industry types has exposed him to a wide range of clients and courtrooms nationwide.
Wade is well-versed in civil litigation, insurance regulation, governmental defense, healthcare, medical malpractice, contracts, insurance defense, employment disputes, product liability and general tort liability. He is also a registered civil mediator that utilizes his litigation and risk management experience. Wade previously served as Indiana Department of Insurance’s deputy general counsel and director of the Indiana Patients’ Compensation Fund for medical malpractice claims and senior counsel specializing in credit reporting litigation. During his time at the Indiana Department of Insurance, Fulford served as administrative law judge on enforcement and regulatory issues.
Wade is a graduate of the Indiana University School of Law and Kelley School of Business. His community involvement includes serving as a member of the Zionsville Economic Development Commission, Boone County REMC Advisory committee and speaking on behalf of the Riley Children’s Hospital fundraising efforts.
