The Embassy Theatre in Fort Wayne has named Barb Richards chief engagement officer. She will lead the arts organization’s group sales and venue rental strategy and in connecting organizations and businesses to the theater. Richards most recently served as general manager for the Fort Wayne CW television station. She also spent three years as the Embassy Theatre’s marketing director. Her broadcast career spans TV and radio, serving as an on-air personality at WAJI Majic 95.1 FM throughout the 1990s and 2000s.
