Colts Open Inaugural Grand Park Training Camp
The first Indianapolis Colts Training Camp of a 10-year partnership at Grand Park Sports Campus has kicked off in Westfield. The 27-day event was held last year at the team’s Indiana Farm Bureau Football Center training complex and was largely closed to the public. The Anderson University campus had been the site for the seven years prior.
Opening day features for fans include a celebration of the team’s 35th season in Indianapolis, a youth football camp, live music and fireworks. The Colts will host open-to-the-public joint practices at Grand Park with the Baltimore Ravens August 17 and 18 and start the pre-season against the Ravens at home August 20 at Lucas Oil Stadium. Theme days throughout the next month include Kids Day on Saturday, BBQ Bash Night Practice on Sunday, Community Day on August 5 and Bike to Camp Day August 18.
