Integrating Women Leaders Foundation has appointed Kim Graham Lee chief executive officer. The announcement comes ahead of the organization’s ninth annual IWL Women’s Leadership Conference taking place August 28.

As a key contributor to the growth of IWL since 2011, Graham Lee is transitioning from long-standing IWL board member to the role of CEO. In addition to time spent as a board member, she has also served as a conference chair and emcee for events in both Indianapolis and Louisville.

Prior to accepting the role of CEO, Graham Lee served in c-level leadership roles for a number of startup and growth companies, including Walker, Vontoo, OneBridge, Hufford Financial Advisors, Bluelock, NPower Indiana and trueU. She also helped co-found and was president of the newly-formed Indianapolis chapter of Conscious Capitalism.

In her role as CEO of IWL, Graham Lee will oversee the strategic expansion of the organization, including the development of conferences, workshops and other initiatives focused on advancing women in the workplace, starting with the organization’s ninth annual Indianapolis conference: IWL Women’s Leadership Conference: Now is the Time. Having reached more than  4,000 women and men throughout the last eight years, this year’s event is expected to bring more than 1,000 attendees. The event will include a main stage multi-generational panel of women leaders, sixteen breakout sessions facilitated by local speakers and leadership experts, an exhibit hall and dedicated networking time.

Featured keynote speakers include:
• James Loduca, director of equality programs for Salesforce
• Madeline Di Nonno, CEO of Geena Davis Institute on Gender in Media
• Jennifer Magley, owner of Open Gym Indy, entrepreneur and former pro-athlete and Division I head coach

Fewer than 200 tickets remain for the Indianapolis Women’s Leadership Conference taking place August 28 at the JW Marriott.
