Nanette Kelley has been named a fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives, the nation’s leading professional society for healthcare leaders. She is system director of operations transformation at Franciscan Health.

Fellow status represents achievement of the highest standard of professional development. In fact, only 9,100 healthcare executives hold this distinction. To obtain fellow status, candidates must fulfill multiple requirements, including passing a comprehensive examination, meeting academic and experiential criteria, earning continuing education credits and demonstrating professional/community involvement.

Kelley, who previously served as administrative director of imaging services for Franciscan Health, has many years of experience in the health care industry, analyzing clinical and financial trends, aligning them to ensure positive patient outcomes and achieving growth with the hospital’s cardiovascular service line.

She has worked as a senior financial advisor for the hospital before joining the Peace Corps, serving as a small enterprise development volunteer in Burkina Faso, West Africa.

Kelley received her undergraduate degree in business (accounting concentration) from Butler University, where she also earned a master degree in business administration. She also earned a master of healthcare administration from the University of St. Francis in Fort Wayne.
