Indiana Brewers' Cup Winners Announced

INDIANAPOLIS -

The Indiana State Fair has unveiled the winners of its 20th annual Indiana Brewers' Cup. The competition is split between professional brewers and home brewers, and presents medals for beers in a variety of categories.

Speedway-based Daredevil Brewing Co. took top honors in the competition as Indiana Brewery of the Year and Grand Champion Brewery of the Year. The brewery also received gold medals in the Bock, Amber Hybrid Beer, and IPA categories, as well as a silver in the Dark Lager category.

Central State Brewing in Indianapolis won first and third place in the Best of Show category. Sun King Brewing Co. also took home eight medals in the competition.

      Purdue Offers 'Stranger Things' Replica Tee

      Purdue University has partnered with trademark licensing agent CLC to produce a special-edition replica Purdue shirt that appeared on an episode of Netflix’s “Stranger Things 3.”  The university also teamed up with Venley to accurately replicate the shirt, which will be available at retailers on the West Lafayette campus and online later this month.
