Plans call for a multi-story facility with 31,000 square-feet of space. Carmel-based The Hageman Group is partnering with the city on the project.
Current properties in the Tech Park include Launch Fishers and the Indiana IoT Lab. President Shane Hageman says "we’re proud to partner with the City of Fishers to bring this development to fruition. This location, situated within the Tech Park, along the future Nickel Plate Trail, will be a prime location for a growing company."
The city says some $430 million has been invested in development in and around downtown Fishers over the last three years. In a news release, the city says it will provide more than $2 million in bond proceeds and fee waivers if the building is pre-leased and construction begins within 30 months.
Mayor Scott Fadness says "innovation companies are looking for a place to call home in Fishers and this development provides another opportunity for growing companies to join the entrepreneurial economy here in our city."
