The Economic Club of Indiana has selected officers for the 2018-2019 season: The Club’s new roster of officers includes Nasser Paydar, president (chancellor, IUPUI); Allison Melangton, vice president (senior vice president of events, Hulman Motorsports); Kelly Huntington, secretary/COO (senior vice president of enterprise strategy, OneAmerica); Korlon Kilpatrick, treasurer (director of regulatory affairs, Citizens Energy Group) and Keira Amstutz, program chair (President and CEO, Indiana Humanities).

The Economic Club of Indiana also welcomed three new members to its board of governors for a three-year term, Tim Coleman (senior director information technology, Eli Lilly and Co.); Debra Humphreys (vice president of strategic engagement, Lumina Foundation); and Todd Pedersen (vice president of corporate affairs, Genesys). 

Outgoing officers elected to serve another three-year term as members of the board include: Claire Fiddian-Green (president and CEO, Richard M. Fairbanks Foundation), John Mead (founder/partner, Leeuw Oberlies and Campbell, P.C.) and Michael Kaufmann (vice president of civic investment, Health & Hospital Corporation of Marion County).

Additionally, two board members were nominated to renewed terms of service: Gregory Hess (president, Wabash College) and Sherry Seiwert (president, Downtown Indy).

For more than 40 years, The Economic Club of Indiana has been bringing together established and emerging leaders to discuss important social and economic issues that impact our economy. Monthly luncheons invite participants to gain insight from key public figures from a variety of backgrounds while further challenging them to shape our community in their own ways.
