Hylant has hired Patricia Garcia as client market and data consultant of employee benefits. She previously served as a marketing analyst for Apex and as director of analytics with FirstPerson.

Also, Samuel Bennett has been named sales assistant. He is a University of Dayton, Ohio graduate with a B.A. in Communications and a Minor in Marketing and Management. After graduating, Bennett took a full time job as an event solutions specialist at Young Life in Dayton where he had been actively volunteering his time since 2011.
