Our partners at The Times of Northwest Indiana report the project received unanimous approval Tuesday from the Town Council. Construction, which involves transforming the current and surrounding properties into a well-landscaped campus, will begin after the beer maker’s famed Dark Lord Day in May.
The publication describes the planned results as a "huge craft beer playground of prairie grass and glistening glass" designed by the architectural firm behind the Minnesota Vikings’ new U.S. Bank Stadium. It will include a large terraced garden, additional parking for cars and bikes, increased brewing and dining space and additional features using locally-sourced materials.
