Ambrose Property Group has named Andrew Greenwood senior vice president of development. He has more than a decade of experience overseeing real estate development projects. Greenwood previously served as general counsel and an owner of Old Town Development where he oversaw all legal and development projects for the company and was involved with projects ranging from the development of small and large residential subdivisions, to building multi-family apartments, to mixed-use buildings in the Carmel Midtown redevelopment.

Greenwood is a graduate of Indiana University and went on to earn a law degree from Hofstra University.

Ambrose’s recent talent acquisitions follow the company’s procurement of the former GM stamping plant site in May 2017. The Indianapolis-based commercial real estate company plans to develop a thriving new district on the west side of downtown Indianapolis on the 103-acre site just south of the Indianapolis Zoo.

    • Hope is Not a Plan

This is sobering. A local business broker in Indianapolis reports nine out of 10 business owners who want to sell are turned away. Of the one in 10 that does make it past the first analysis to sell, over half of those company owners don’t get the sale price they hope for or believe the business is worth. Bottom line, hope is not a plan if you want to sell your business.
