Erin LaCross has been appointed chief nursing officer for Parkview Regional Medical Center and Affiliates. She will lead the inpatient nursing departments at PRMC, Parkview Hospital Randallia and Parkview Behavioral Health. LaCross will work closely with Allen County and health system leaders, as well as community hospital chief nursing officers.

She has served as vice president of nursing at PVH for nearly five years. During that time, LaCross also served as interim chief operating officer for more than six months and interim director of nursing services at PBH for more than a year. She joined Parkview in 2003 as a unit assistant before becoming a registered nurse and eventually being named nursing services manager. 

LaCross holds a Bachelor of Arts in psychology from Trine University, an Associate of Science in nursing from IPFW, a Master of Science in nursing from the University of Saint Francis and will soon complete her Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from the University of Indianapolis.
