New President For Horizon University
Horizon University has selected Randall Dodge as its new president. The private, Christian university, which recently relocated its headquarters from San Diego to Indianapolis, says Dodge succeeds Bill Goodrich, who was elected to serve as chairman of the university’s board of directors.
Dodge has served as executive vice president of Horizon University since January 2016. In a press release, the university says Dodge is "uniquely suited for the program and enrollment growth plans the school is now implementing."
Goodrich also serves as pastor of Horizon Christian Fellowship of Indianapolis, which houses the university. He says his new role will allow him to provide "key oversight and guidance" for the university.
After the move from San Diego to Indianapolis was announced in August, Goodrich told Inside INdiana Business the decision to locate in Indy was a "no-brainer" and represented a "reboot" for the school.
