Eater calls the owner of Cafe Patachou, Napolese, Petite Chou, Public Greens and Crispy Bird locations a "powerhouse business leader" who now oversees some 400 employees.
The Hoover "Empire" also includes Bar One Fourteen and the nonprofit Patachou Foundation, which tackles food insecurity among area children. The publication reports Hoover is slated next year to launch the Box Office, a female-only coworking space, as well as additional Patachou and Public Greens locations and a commercial bakery.
