MutualBank has named Steve Bencsics (pictured) mortgage lender in Elkhart County. His 25-year history in the financial industry includes loss mitigation, indirect lending, property sales and management and now, mortgage lending. Bencsics holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics.

Matthew Bochard has been appointed manager of the Syracuse Financial Center. He holds an International Studies Bachelor’s degree from Indiana University.

Also, Ashley Hofer (pictured) has been promoted to loan counselor. She started at the bank seven years ago as a teller and then was promoted to a loan processor. Hofer’s commitment to customer service includes knowledge of conventional, FHA, VA, USDA loans, as well as home equity products and consumer loans.
