BKD has promoted: Dan Snyder (pictured) and Nick Eichelman to director, Kerry Bejarano to senior managing consultant, Nathan Fox, David Martin and T.J. Tursi to senior manager. Also, Sara Twining (pictured) has been promoted to senior associate.
  
Snyder is a member of BKD national financial services group with more than 11 years of audit and attestation experience. He focuses on providing audit and advisory solutions to financial institutions and has worked with public and closely held financial institutions ranging in size from $30 million to $5.7 billion in total assets. 
 
As a Certified Healthcare Financial Professional and a member of BKD national health care group, Eichelman is responsible for providing financial statement audit and consulting services to a variety of health care providers including hospitals, senior living facilities, community behavioral health centers and other post-acute providers. 
 
Bejarano also is a member of BKD national health care group. Her experience includes providing health care providers with reimbursement consulting, including cost report preparation and Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement analysis. 
 
Fox is a member of BKD national financial services group with more than seven years of external and internal audit consulting experience. He has experience analyzing loan loss reserves and working with U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission reporting requirements and integrated audits under Sarbanes-Oxley Section 404. 
 
Martin is a member of the private client services team and BKD national not-for-profit group. He provides tax compliance services, focusing primarily on individuals, trusts, not-for-profits and family investment partnership tax regulations. 
 
Tursi has seven years of experience providing audit and accounting services to numerous clients in the manufacturing, distribution, food and agribusiness industries. He also works with BKD’s transaction services team, focusing on assisting private equity and strategic buyers with financial due diligence. 

Twining is a graduate of Saint Joseph’s College in Rensselaer.

Also, Satoko Suzuki has transferred to the Indianapolis office from the firm’s Chicago office as a senior manager. She has 14 years of accounting and taxation experience with a strong focus in international and Japanese services. Suzuki spent nine years with a regional firm working with U.S. subsidiaries of foreign-owned businesses and overseeing the preparation of individual income tax returns, federal and state corporate income tax returns and tax consulting. She is a graduate of Niigata University, Nishi-ku, Niigata, Japan, with a B.A. degree in economics and a graduate of Northern Illinois University, DeKalb, with an M.S. degree in taxation.
