Konyha Named President of Regional Chamber of NE Indiana

In this role, he is responsible for planning, overseeing and executing all efforts for the Regional Chamber. Konyha most recently served as executive director for the Indiana Office of Community and Rural Affairs where he led efforts to replace the state Historic Tax Credit program with the Historic Renovation Grant program.
Konyha also previously served as president of the Indiana Economic Development Association and as chairperson of the IEDA Legislative Committee, working with previous Indiana administrations to create OCRA, the Indiana Department of Agriculture and the Indiana Economic Development Corp.
The mission of the Regional Chamber is to promote an environment in Northeast Indiana in which individuals, businesses and communities thrive in a global economy.
