Boys & Girls Clubs of Indianapolis has named Maureen Parsons annual fund manager and Ayana Richardson foundation giving manager. Parsons most recently served as director of development at Hannah & Friends in South Bend. Richardson comes to the organization after serving as program manager for Indiana University’s Lilly Family School of Philanthropy. She also served as first executive director of the Baldwin College Access Center & Promise Zone in Michigan.
